Incompetent medical centre wastes patients time

My encounter with Ecton Brook Medical Centre has been utterly disheartening. Approximately two months ago, I submitted a crucial insurance document requiring a GP's signature, and since I lack a permanent GP, I entrusted the paperwork to the reception staff. However, no communication has been forthcoming. I've been compelled to make weekly in-person visits, where I was consistently met with reassuring smiles and empty promises, yet no actual resolution materialized. The entire experience suggests a pattern of misleading patients rather than providing genuine assistance. The situation is profoundly exasperating, particularly given that we contribute taxes to support the NHS. Even when opting for private healthcare, one remains dependent on NHS procedures, which renders this level of negligence completely unacceptable. I am seriously contemplating launching a petition to address these issues, as patients genuinely deserve meaningful support instead of endless bureaucratic delays and hollow commitments. While I am not someone who seeks medical intervention without good reason, when I do require help, I absolutely expect to be treated with dignity and professional efficiency.
