Incompetent medical staff fail my son's care needs

Absolutely dreadful medical service! My son depends on ongoing medication, and the surgery completely disregarded his consultant's recommendation to provide a three-month prescription supply. Instead, they insisted I must request medication on a monthly basis. They've consistently refused to set up automatic repeat prescriptions or communicate directly with the pharmacy, even though this was explicitly advised by his specialist. For the past half-year, every single monthly prescription request I've submitted - always 17 days in advance - has been ignored. When I contact them to follow up, they essentially accuse me of fabricating the truth and dismiss my legitimate concerns.
