Incompetent pharmacy fails patient with critical medication

After being released from the hospital, I endured a full day without my antibiotics, missing three doses. In the morning, staff assured me they'd written a prescription and instructed me to return at 5 PM. I followed their directions precisely, only to discover they hadn't actually prepared the prescription. Now I'll be forced to go two days without critical medication in the middle of my treatment. The situation is completely unacceptable. This is my initial interaction with this healthcare provider, and I'm already desperate to find alternative care. The telephone staff's conduct was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.
