Incompetent practice blocking essential medical care

A complete embarrassment. There's zero communication between healthcare providers and patients, between administrative staff and patients, and seemingly among all staff members at the practice. I've been with them since July, and despite a cross-over referral from my previous mental health team clearly stating I needed immediate referral within a week, six months have passed. They've only just contacted me to say I must restart the entire process because they've misplaced my referral letter. Additionally, after receiving a new diagnosis during a hospital stay, I personally delivered the documentation to the GP surgery. I explicitly requested referrals to the neurological department and for physical therapy. Despite making three follow-up calls, I've heard absolutely nothing after four months. This situation is genuinely appalling. Their sheer incompetence is effectively preventing me from accessing essential medical care. -10 stars
