Incompetent service prevents timely medical help

Attempted to reach out early Monday morning at 8:10 am, only to be informed that I should retry at 9 due to their computer systems needing warm-up time. When I expressed frustration, I was further instructed to call back in 29 minutes. The entire experience was incredibly inefficient, highlighting the current dismal state of medical support in the post-pandemic era.
