Incompetent staff destroyed my healthcare hopes

I'm absolutely furious On 10:30 2/7/2021, I scheduled a medical consultation and arranged transportation to and from the Royal London Hospital. To my anguish, the appointment turned out to be a telephone consultation, and the medical practice hadn't even submitted the necessary referral, meaning I was completely absent from their system! One expects to have confidence in healthcare professionals and staff, believing they would demonstrate basic competence. From my perspective, they have proven to be entirely unprofessional and inept. My health is already compromised, and I exhausted myself navigating the logistics of getting to this appointment, only to have it result in absolute nothing! I sarcastically thank them for squandering my valuable time
