Incompetent staff destroyed my medical communication

Utterly disastrous medical procedure, I've authorized my mother to communicate on my behalf and on behalf of my children, as I'm battling multiple sclerosis and following a severe relapse, I've lost my ability to speak. Now they're claiming they have no documented proof that the authorization was submitted to the medical office 3 years ago and personally delivered to the front desk staff, which had been perfectly acceptable until this month. 🤔 I firmly believe they are completely incompetent and should be terminated, with new reception staff hired who actually possess genuine customer service abilities and demonstrate a real commitment to their work.
