Incompetent staff failed vulnerable patient

Where do I even begin!!! As a support worker for a vulnerable individual registered at this practice, I can only describe the front desk staff as utterly incompetent and brain-dead. They are completely useless at performing the basic tasks required for their job. I sent an email precisely 14 days ago about a query that has been outstanding since July, and two weeks later, I've received absolutely no response. If the senior management is this unresponsive, how can we expect the front desk staff to have any clue about proper procedures? I've been forced to re-register the vulnerable patient's family with another GP practice due to their constant dismissive attitude when attempting to address issues in person. Phone calls are NEVER returned, even when they explicitly promise to get back to you. It's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! THIS PRACTICE DESERVES ZERO RECOGNITION. The vulnerable patient continues to receive online booking links despite clearly being unable to use them, and the incompetent front desk staff persist in sending these links even after being explicitly told not everyone can book online. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
