Incompetent staff making healthcare access a nightmare

Despite having numerous staff at the reception, they appear completely incompetent. My physician advised me to coordinate with the receptionist to obtain an online access code for repeat prescriptions. When I inquired, they were clueless and then dishonestly claimed they would send it to me. I followed up with a phone call days later, and the staff member insisted she was utterly bewildered and that it wasn't her responsibility. Why is obtaining a prescription such an unnecessarily complex process? How can none of their employees understand basic administrative tasks? If manual prescription requests are the only option, this system is grossly unfair, particularly for patients who already struggle to visit the clinic. My initial appointment was canceled at the last minute. When rescheduled, I was informed that the GP couldn't even perform the procedure I had specifically attended for. This required a THIRD attempt. I'm absolutely done with this practice and will be switching doctors immediately. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them entirely.
