Incompetent surgery with frustrating and lazy service

Extremely substandard service and intolerable delays The insurance company remitted payment to the GP surgery in early March for paperwork related to a claim. The funds were assigned to a specific GP who promptly departed on holiday. We discovered this only after persistent follow-ups. Despite having multiple physicians on staff, they inexplicably allocated the task to an unavailable professional. The GP returned April 14th, completed the paperwork swiftly, and sent a text at 5pm indicating it was ready for review — precisely when the secretary's office was closing. We arrived at 4:20pm the following day (Wednesday), only to be informed the secretaries had already departed. Reception directed us to telephone the next morning to schedule a viewing. When we called at 10am on Thursday, the secretary claimed we couldn't review the documents due to "staffing issues" — she was working solo, despite typically having a three-person team. We merely required a brief document review, not supervised examination. Nevertheless, we were told the earliest possible viewing would be Tuesday, following the Easter weekend's bank holidays. After enduring over a month of inefficient internal processes, we're now expected to wait an additional 5 days for a task requiring mere minutes. Utterly unprofessional. Zero communication, zero flexibility, and zero consideration for people's time or urgency. Completely ridiculous.
