Inconsistent care and frustrating medical office experience

The surgical practice is a complete disaster. The front desk staff constantly change their protocols on a whim, creating endless confusion. What the nurses communicate contradicts what the receptionists enforce. Case in point: I couldn't complete a blood test because a nurse was absent, and then I was instructed to use an online booking method, which differed from my previous telephone scheduling. Despite being told by medical professionals that telephone appointments are permissible, the receptionists consistently block these requests. I've been a patient here for a quarter-century, and the quality has dramatically deteriorated since the pandemic, transforming into an utterly frustrating experience.
