Inconsistent care and long waits for appointments

This practice used to provide excellent care, but the experience has declined significantly. There is inconsistency in seeing the same healthcare professional, and a recent telephone consultation was conducted by someone in training rather than a qualified doctor, which prompted a complaint to the patient advocacy service. When attempting to schedule a test, the earliest available appointment offered was several months away. Despite being a long-standing patient, consideration is being given to registering elsewhere.
