Inconsistent care with frustrating appointment scheduling

My personal experience with shakespeare is positive. I consistently receive timely appointments, quick prescription processing, and appropriate referrals for managing my health condition. I have been entirely satisfied with my care. HOWEVER, my husband's experience has been dramatically different. Despite clearly struggling and seeking help, he has been consistently overlooked. He cannot secure doctor appointments, and when he finally did get one, he was dismissively told he has sleep apnea—a diagnosis that makes no sense given he shows no related symptoms. His hair is falling out, yet his concerns seem unaddressed. They have cancelled his appointments twice without rebooking. Their communication is unreliable; they promise telephone consultations in the afternoon but instead call early morning, which severely disrupts his work schedule as an HGV driver. He is continually frustrated, missing appointments due to their inconsistent timing, and then being told he must restart the entire booking process because he missed their unexpected calls. Moreover, they provide no follow-up after blood tests, leaving us to constantly chase them for information and proper care.
