Inconsistent doctors and unhelpful medical advice

Update (April 20th 2023) I'm astounded that after visiting beanhill doctors, I received three completely contradictory explanations from different staff members. Not a single healthcare professional could provide a conclusive diagnosis. Years ago in school, I slipped on a frozen sandwich during winter and hurt my right knee, and since then I've experienced persistent issues with kneeling and applying pressure. This problem prevents me from even completing basic tasks like painting. The physiotherapist suggested knee trauma and was compassionate, so I sought another opinion. Dr. Babatunde recommended an MRI and proposed potential early-onset arthritis. The scan results came back normal. My primary doctor then attributed the issue to my weight, which I find perplexing. My BMI was 68.8 in school and is now 43.09. I never experienced knee problems at my previous weight, so why now? I'm frustrated by the three inconsistent explanations from three separate visits. This practice still deserves a 1-star rating, especially when my knee hurts and pain medication is denied. Absolutely ridiculous. (Year ago review) I've been attempting to contact Ashfield medical centre since Monday, making over 500 calls, only to hear "line is busy" repeatedly. Getting an appointment with a doctor or nurse seems impossible, and if you do, it'll likely be too late. The receptionists are particularly problematic - they never answer the phone and appear more concerned with financial gain than patient care.
