Inconsistent service leaves patient frustrated and confused

Overall, their performance is acceptable in terms of medical pressure, but recent service quality has notably declined. I underwent blood tests following a persistent cough, yet received no subsequent communication about the results. Additionally, I scheduled an Asthma consultation for a precise date and time, but no contact was made. The email consultation system has been relatively functional, which provides some small consolation that not everything is completely ineffective.
