Incredible! Absolutely incredible. After a falling out with my previous healthcare provider (Withington medical practice, truly terrible - avoid at all costs), I transferred here. My application was processed incredibly quickly within a day. This morning, I booked an appointment to sort out my repeat prescription. The receptionist was phenomenal, going to extraordinary lengths to secure my appointment. Because of my speech impairment, which makes my communication slower, I was initially nervous. However, the receptionist was incredibly understanding, listening attentively without interrupting or attempting to complete my sentences. Dr Madden was equally remarkable. In one brief telephone consultation, he resolved multiple issues that had been dragging on for months with my former GP. Just when I had lost all hope in medical practices, The Range restored my faith completely. No last-minute prescription delays, no disrespectful interruptions - they genuinely demonstrate exceptional patient care and compassion. I cannot thank them enough! Truly outstanding service that prioritizes patient wellbeing. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 👨🏻⚕️🩺❤️
