We relocated to the area 2.5 years ago, right as the pandemic lockdown commenced, and then welcomed a baby just two weeks later - needless to say, we've become quite familiar with this medical practice, visiting around a dozen times between the three of us. If you're giving this place 2.5 stars or less like many others, you clearly don't understand how good you have it. For those who want high-caliber medical care at no cost but can't handle waiting on the phone for a few minutes to book an appointment, this might not be the right surgery for you. However, finding an alternative with zero wait times is virtually impossible. We consistently secure same-day appointments when urgent, and for non-critical issues, we're offered slots within a week or two. Never have I experienced dismissive attitudes or felt like I'm inconveniencing the staff, even when it's just checking a baby's slightly elevated temperature or seeking reassurance. I'm not trying to sell anything or downplay anyone's personal experiences, but some of the negativity here is absolutely absurd. Exceptional professionals providing swift and expert care - absolutely faultless. And if they happen to read this: thank you very much. Top-notch.
