Absolutely dreadful medical procedure. The staff demonstrated zero empathy when handling delicate matters, such as carelessly revealing private test results in public spaces or making unexpected work calls with sensitive information that triggered significant stress. Their approach to communication about appointment wait times was equally callous (I recognize healthcare systems face challenges, but basic human compassion costs nothing - instead, they offered sarcastic remarks like 'you won't get an appointment for three weeks' which were deeply hurtful). Overall, the service was subpar, with the team appearing to have minimal understanding beyond mechanically processing elderly patients through their system.
