As If breaching anothers data wasnt enough and using historical data in such a way to make amends for negligent prescribing and repeated attempts to over medicalise physical health issues, numerous issues compounded upon one another. When i raised complaints and was forced to seek alternative avenues things only got worse, police reports, and witness statements made with seletive omissions of wider issues, one GP also a director of the PCN swarland avenue falls under is also uninsured for private work like DVLA disclosures, as i sought audit data for a ‘Ghost’ hepatitis disgnosis that appeared on an nhs app - as dvla disclosures were made they doubled down and used various other methods to contain me and my attempts and resolving issues. In the most unusal ways possible they inverted health care, used the contemperanous record for there own benefits, repeatedly shared the data to suit the agenda and allowed another to be victimised through police channells, repeated police visits, even an email sent to a cps prosecutor was reported to the police a harsssment, an email asking witnesses to attend court re-purposed as criminal act. Two GP’s named on complaints took retaliatory action towards another for him standing up to data breachs and prescribing practices thar ignored the numerous adverse events that are recorded in records. Some GP’s have wider family in law and influence has been applied across the board to both try silence an individual and prevent the actual truth becoming more known. Even the GMC uphelf parts of complaints which directly contradicted anothers disclosures in police witness statements. Medical ethics Duty of candour Honesty & integrity Non existent. The rightous indignation others held towards myself justified there actions and there attempts at using local force by proxy, the data further weaponized as toold in such a manner that anothers recorded past was repurposed to suit an agenda.
