Jackie ruined my doctor's visit

The medical professionals here are commendable, but there's a significant issue with the front desk staff. Specifically, Jackie, the new receptionist, displays an unacceptable level of discourtesy. Despite my decade-long relationship with this practice and previous positive interactions with various reception staff, I've never encountered such disrespectful treatment. Her lack of basic manners is striking - a simple apology for wait times or a courteous "please" and "thank you" can make a substantial difference for patients. Her communication style is harshly direct, and I've observed what seems to be discriminatory behavior towards patients she perceives as immigrants, which is particularly ironic given her own ethnic background. Her condescending attitude appears to intentionally make vulnerable, unwell patients feel even more uncomfortable. I am certain I am not alone in my concerns, and I strongly urge management to address this unprofessional conduct. Something must be done to improve the patient experience at the reception desk!!!!
