Jackie's terrible customer service nightmare

The service was appalling. Jackie, who claims to be a manager, repeatedly told me to "call 111" when I was trying to explain my urgent medical appointment issue. When I attempted to provide more details, she curtly stated she needed to end the call and hung up. 111 confirmed that the surgery should have handled my concern. The entire practice is discourteous and completely unhelpful. They withhold medication pending a doctor's review, but then the doctor never calls back, and Jackie dismisses concerns by saying they're busy. They create these unnecessary complications and then show zero empathy. While their message advises patients not to be rude, Jackie had no problem being extremely unprofessional with me. If I had ignored my appointment and simply claimed to be busy, I'm certain she would have taken punitive action. It's an absolute disgrace. If Jackie genuinely cared about patient care, the best advice would be for her to find a different job that doesn't involve direct public interaction.
