Kay's terrible patient treatment

Review specifically focused on receptionist KAY. She seems to believe she can escape accountability for her completely unacceptable behavior towards me. A receptionist has absolutely no justification for being so disrespectful to patients, and I've personally witnessed her mistreating multiple patients in person! She abruptly terminated our phone call when I began recording it (which I am legally permitted to do) - this only happened because she consistently interrupted me, preventing me from speaking and attempting to misrepresent my statements. Moreover, during an in-person interaction, she maintained her unprofessional demeanor and even resorted to dishonesty. She claimed no manager was available, yet one appeared within seconds. She initially denied hanging up on me, then subsequently admitted doing so because I started recording. As a mental health patient at this practice, her actions could have seriously jeopardized my well-being. If someone is so dissatisfied with their job and harbors such negativity, they should simply resign instead of mistreating innocent patients who have done absolutely nothing to provoke such treatment.
