Kim's unbelievable customer service fail

Abysmal Service and Discourteous Receptionist My interaction with the receptionist (Kim) at this medical practice today was nothing short of disastrous. I attempted to schedule an urgent appointment and endured a 30-minute hold period. Upon finally connecting, I tried sharing my medical concerns, but she abruptly terminated the call without booking anything. Exasperated, I redialed, only to discover I was 10th in the queue! Given my time constraints, I decided to visit the clinic personally to address the situation directly. During our face-to-face encounter, instead of explaining her previous call termination, she completely disregarded me and answered another call without acknowledging my presence. I waited patiently for her to finish, yet she made no effort to apologize. When I inquired why she hadn't booked my appointment, her response was shockingly cavalier: "I knew you'd call back, so I didn't make the appointment." Her attitude was blatantly disrespectful and thoroughly unprofessional! The receptionist demonstrated an appalling level of rudeness, indifference, and total unhelpfulness. Such a profound absence of basic professional courtesy in patient interactions is absolutely unacceptable.
