Knocked on reception door with no voice

The clinic consistently advises me to dial 111 for trivial matters. Their reception is seldom accessible. When I lost my voice, they told me to call 111, so I went to the clinic. The reception was shut, forcing me to knock on the door. They habitually prescribe medications via text. I genuinely can't recall my last in-person doctor consultation. Marieanne and Emma are exceptional staff members. Even the physiotherapist was conducting appointments solely by phone, which prompted me to seek private treatment for my frozen shoulder at Nuffield. Overall, the service is subpar.
