Unfortunately I have both physical and mental health issues, and therefore I need to be in a very regular contact with the surgery staff members. While a few of them are doing their best! Most of the receptionist and doctors are liars, careless individuals. Dr Bentley suppose to run the surgery, but he is not man enough to do the work. He must not have integrity and standards himself, because he does not require it from his colleagues. Staff members are constantly lying, refuse to listen, prescribe incorrect medication, or don't send off the prescription, they give incorrect information, often contradictory to one another. Record incorrect or miss important information during phone calls. And nobody is ever held accountable for their wrong doings. Lying and White Washing is at Sky High Level at the 188 surgery. I was suppose to collect my medication for anxiety on the 13 of October 2025 but the prescription has not been sent to do pharmacist. I called the (28 October )GP to resolve the issue has my e-consult and a day later a receptionist told me there is no appointment till 10 November 2025 neither face to face nor phone call. Referred to some new rule I never heard of. After told the receptionist, I know she is lying, she pretended not to hear me and hung up the phone. I did not need and appointment, all they had to do is to look at the records, and issue the Prescription, sent it to the pharmacist. Vera Balogh
