Dr Miles and Dr Hodges are truly exceptional physicians who have made an immeasurable impact on my life. Their expertise and care have been nothing short of transformative for me. While the medical professionals are outstanding, the practice's administrative procedures can be somewhat counterintuitive. Take, for instance, the scheduling system: when a doctor recommends a follow-up in a month, the receptionists cannot pre-book that specific appointment. This limitation is not catastrophic, but it does create unnecessary friction and inconvenience for both medical staff and patients. My recent interactions with the practice have been remarkably positive, primarily due to the exceptional doctors who, regrettably, are no longer affiliated with this medical center.
