Lift breakdowns making access difficult for disabled patients

Generally a reliable service, which is why I've remained with them following my house move. However, for at least three weeks consecutively, the lift has been out of order again. The management team should prioritise addressing this issue. People with mobility challenges face considerable difficulties as a result. Lift failures appear to be an ongoing problem throughout the year at this location. I was consequently positioned downstairs to wait for my appointment, and the reception staff opted not to contact the upper floors, instead directing my transport assistant to go upstairs to complete the booking process. Given that this is an integrated NHS facility, there should be better coordination between departments.
