Long phone queue blocked emergency access

I am very disappointed with my experience at this practice. I spent a considerable amount of time attempting to reach reception to request an emergency appointment, during which the call was disconnected. My young child was displaying a concerning symptom that required medical attention, and I found it extremely difficult to access care through this route. As a result, I have had to seek alternative medical services elsewhere. I find this situation frustrating and would appreciate contact from management to discuss what happened. While I have found the clinical staff to be excellent, the accessibility issues I experienced are concerning and need to be addressed.
