Long phone queues and dropped calls frustrate

This medical practice has been a disappointing experience. The telephone system requires extended waiting periods before anyone responds, and the calls frequently disconnect before reaching anyone.

Dear Sir/Madam, Sorry to hear your frustrating experience, Looking at our statistics our average call on hold is around 1minute and 38 seconds. With a little longer during Peak times when the lines first open. As a practice of 8300+ Patients we receive a very large volume of calls each day we hope you can understand this, however we don't quite understand how we as a surgery as you say are by far the worst due to not been able to connect to us via telephone. :( If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to come into surgery where our friendly team / Practice Manager can help you with your concerns.
