Long phone queues and no callback service

I would give zero stars if possible due to my experience with the callback system. I was significantly far back in the queue when I called at the scheduled time, which I found frustrating. Unfortunately, I did not receive a callback as expected. I have experienced multiple issues with this service over time and feel the quality does not match what should be provided.
