Long phone queues make getting through difficult

I was the first caller in the queue for 15 minutes. The clinical staff are pleasant and approachable, however contacting the practice is quite challenging. Even when attending in person, it is uncommon to find someone available at the reception desk. On my last two visits, I experienced waits of between 5 and 10 minutes before being attended to at reception. During one of these visits, a member of the nursing team was able to assist me. The situation is unclear, but it feels problematic and appears to add to the stress and worry that patients already experience regarding their health matters.
