Long phone waits made getting help difficult

I found the process for obtaining medication to be frustrating and inconvenient. When I called, I experienced a lengthy wait before speaking with someone, only to be told I would need to book an appointment online during a specific time window on Monday. This requirement meant taking additional time away from work to access the care I needed.
