Long queues and no advance booking available

I recently joined this practice, but I found the customer service to be disappointing. The appointment system does not offer advance booking options. I was advised to contact an alternative service for pre-booked appointments. When attending for early morning slots, there tends to be a significant wait. I am considering registering elsewhere and would not recommend this practice to others.
