I have been a patient at this practice for more than three decades and have consistently been able to access the care I require without significant difficulty. I recognise that managing a large patient population presents genuine challenges in meeting everyone's needs. The team makes genuine efforts to maintain efficient operations, and I appreciate that I am one of many patients requiring attention. I endeavour to be understanding of the pressures the staff face.
