The waiting times at Callowland have become completely unmanageable. While delays are sometimes unavoidable, the complete lack of communication with patients about extended wait times is utterly unacceptable. Upon inquiring at the front desk why I wasn't informed about a potential 45-minute to hour-long delay despite arriving punctually, I was met with an indifferent shrug from the receptionist. Another distressed mother who had also been waiting over an hour chimed in after overhearing my complaint. She too had received no information or updates. Frustrated and feeling disrespected, I departed after waiting more than 45 minutes without seeing the doctor. I am definitively transferring my entire family's medical care elsewhere, effective immediately. It's particularly disappointing after being a patient here for nearly five years.
