Long wait for urgent hospital care

My spouse was transported to the medical facility via emergency vehicle, categorized as a high-priority case, yet we endured a wait exceeding an hour for the ambulance to arrive. Upon admission, after initial assessment, multiple diagnostic procedures were performed. Following a cumulative waiting period of more than 18 hours, my wife was ultimately permitted to return home. The hospital physician emphatically recommended that she consult her primary care physician to address her medical situation and evaluate her prescribed treatments. When reaching out to the medical practice and emphasizing the critical nature of a face-to-face consultation, she was instead offered a telephone appointment... potentially not even with a doctor from the health center, scheduled for the following week. Completely unacceptable!
