Long wait times and constant frustration

How can this medical practice continue operating with such abysmal feedback? I am utterly astounded. Their incompetence resulted in postponements of both my parents' funerals, spanning 1.5 years apart, with identical errors during the same type of surgery. Scheduling an appointment is completely ridiculous. I avoided seeking medical care for over five years due to the nightmare of attempting to secure a consultation. I've reluctantly transitioned to private healthcare because of their failures, yet I'm still required to obtain a referral letter from my GP to see a specialist for specific procedures. The mere thought of calling to schedule an appointment triggers severe anxiety. I submitted results from my private clinic on July 13th, and they claim non-receipt. Even during off-peak hours, I'm consistently left on hold for more than thirty minutes, which is utterly inexplicable. During my last appointment on June 9th, I waited an entire hour due to their delays. I've already lodged a complaint with the practice manager and fully intend to escalate this matter. If you're providing a critical service to patients, then prioritize their needs. Stop focusing solely on financial gains and accepting more patients when your practice clearly cannot manage its current load. It's fundamentally unacceptable to compromise people's health so carelessly. Patients are entrusting you with their well-being. Simply do your job!
