Long wait times and unhelpful staff

After reading previous reviews, I felt compelled to share my own experience. Echoing other customers, the front desk and administrative personnel are incredibly inefficient. Their approach of not handling clients individually results in unnecessarily long wait times for everyone. Moreover, their complete shift to online services seems counterproductive, as in-person interactions are typically much faster and more straightforward compared to waiting weeks for resolution. I'm reluctantly awarding this practice 2 stars solely due to my long-standing history with this medical practice; otherwise, I would have rated them even lower at 1 or 0 stars.
