Long wait times drove me crazy

Utterly frustrated with the general practice's phone service and communication. I attempted to contact them twice, spending more than 10 minutes on hold each time, despite being told I was next in line. No staff member ever picked up the call. This persistent issue has been a long-standing challenge that severely hampers patients' ability to access medical support.
