Long wait times test patient's last nerve

Desperately needed an urgent consultation for my infant, which began with a frustrating 40-minute wait on hold. The receptionist was cordial and professional, so no issues there, but by the time she picked up, my patience had completely worn thin. Despite the 5pm scheduled slot, I wasn't actually seen until 5:45pm by Dr. Sajid, who was polite but consistently appeared detached and disengaged. This has been an ongoing problem for years - if the clinic can't handle their patient volume, they absolutely need to expand their staff, both at the front desk and in the medical team!
