Long waits and dismissive phone handling left me frustrated

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at this surgery following a phone consultation regarding mental health concerns. The interaction was upsetting, as I felt the clinician was dismissive and the call ended abruptly after a brief discussion. When I attended the practice in person to raise my concerns, I found the reception area quiet and was informed that the doctor was unavailable. After returning for a follow-up visit, I experienced a significant wait of over an hour. I felt that the response to my complaint was inadequate, and I was troubled to discover that my medical records contained characterisations of my behaviour that I believe do not accurately reflect the situation. I intend to pursue this matter further through appropriate channels.
