Long waits and dismissive reception staff let me down

I found the service quite frustrating. The wait to secure an initial appointment was lengthy, and I felt the initial assessment didn't identify the underlying issue. This meant I experienced further discomfort over several additional months whilst attempting to arrange a follow-up. Eventually, I was able to attend an ultrasound appointment which revealed what was actually going on, and I received guidance to speak with my GP about the suggested treatment plan. However, getting a subsequent appointment proved extremely difficult. I was advised that no slots were available and instructed to call at 8.30 each morning to try to catch any cancellations. This approach was impractical for me given work commitments, as I would need to spend considerable time on hold without guarantee of success. The reception staff came across as unhelpful, and I also had concerns about the quality of care provided by the clinical team. I felt that at least one member of staff may have been better suited to a different role.
