Long waits and poor listening from some staff

Appointment waiting times are lengthy at around three weeks, and there is limited continuity of care. One clinician in particular comes across as dismissive and does not seem to engage properly with patient concerns. I am grateful that there is at least one member of staff who provides good care, which means I do not need to attend frequently.
