Long waits and unfriendly phone appointments

Avoid. They are accepting new patients despite struggling to manage their current patient list. It took 2.5 weeks to secure a phone appointment, and the clinical staff were not particularly welcoming. As someone who contributes through taxation, I would expect to be offered a face-to-face appointment within a week. I am considering switching practices. If you take your healthcare seriously, this may not be the right choice for you.
