Long waits despite strict lateness policy

After bringing my young child for an appointment and having to wait considerably longer than expected to be seen, I found the experience frustrating. However, I was particularly disappointed by the phone booking process, where I was informed of strict punctuality requirements that seemed at odds with the actual waiting times experienced. I felt the reception staff member's manner was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and there appeared to be an overstepping of professional boundaries in how clinical matters were discussed.
