Longtime Patient Frustrated by New Receptionist Attitude

Once a top-notch medical practice, the recent staff changes have completely transformed the patient experience—and not for the better. The new front desk personnel are incredibly difficult during phone interactions, constantly challenging every request and comment with an incredibly dismissive attitude. Their unprofessional behavior is shocking. After being a loyal patient for over two and a half decades, the last six months—since these new employees and their new system were introduced—have been absolutely frustrating. I'm seriously considering switching healthcare providers. It's truly disappointing because the actual medical professionals—the doctors and nurses—remain absolutely excellent!
