Longtime patient frustrated with booking system

I've been a patient at this practice for over three decades. The medical staff have consistently been excellent, and their nurses can draw blood, saving me a trip to the hospital. Unfortunately, their administrative systems are severely lacking. The phone lines are perpetually jammed, often requiring multiple attempts just to connect. Appointment availability is extremely limited, and the cancellation process is frustratingly archaic - you can only cancel via phone, not online. Similarly, booking appointments with nurses is phone-only, and not all patient information is digitally stored. They struggle with scheduling routine appointments, such as monthly check-ups. The earliest appointment slot is 8:30am, yet despite this early start, they consistently run behind schedule. Nurse appointments can be delayed by up to 30 minutes, while doctor appointments may run an hour late. I give 5 stars for the medical professionals' competence and skill. However, their administrative performance earns just 1 star.
