Longtime patient frustrated with declining healthcare service

I've been a loyal patient for a quarter-century, and they were excellent in the past, but post-Covid, their performance has drastically declined. Obtaining even routine monthly prescription refills has become an exhausting and unnecessarily complicated process. Conversations with other patients reveal a consistent sentiment - the facility is deteriorating physically, and the quality of service has similarly fallen apart.
