Longtime patient frustrated with declining medical service

After being loyal to this medical practice for a quarter-century, I'm deeply disappointed since their relocation to Lifeboat Quay. The current service quality is unacceptable. Despite understanding potential challenges, their communication is frustratingly inadequate. Phone lines are perpetually congested, with wait times stretching around half an hour, and securing an appointment has become a near-impossible task. Moreover, their scheduling seems completely disorganized, with consultations consistently running behind. The entire experience has become utterly ridiculous. I'm actively seeking alternative healthcare providers, which is truly disheartening given my long-standing relationship with this practice.
