Lost tests and endless frustration

The medical practice consistently misplaces blood tests and specimens, leading to significant frustration and additional work for patients. Definitely not an efficient or smooth service, especially when dealing with a sick child. Their reliance on the Askmygp platform means getting medical attention is like spinning a roulette wheel. If you happen to miss their brief phone call - which can easily happen due to poor signal or other interruptions - they simply close your case and essentially abandon your medical concern.
